I am a US citizen and a university graduate and have never known disrespect of this nature in my life. I have had to argue and write horrible emails seemingly every week to fight my way for this marriage. I have never in my life felt so much like human garbage. Then, I saw someone on Facebook post about Jmail. I live overseas and mailing times can be up to three weeks or sometimes even longer, especially with the coronavirus.

I very conveniently sent photos from my phone in Thailand to the service buy 1, get 1 free even! I didn't even tell my husband because I didn't have a lot of faith in it. Just few days later, I got a phone call from him. He was so excited and happy! He said he got an unexpected envelope and he saw the return address was from me and ran straight to his room to open it.

It had all 10 photos I sent and the letter neatly typed. He said all the photos were perfect. He was so happy that he couldn't even wait to call me. This is the first time that a company working with the DOC has treated us like human beings. I'm moved to tears to be treated like a real person receiving a service I paid for - like I am a human being again. Do you know how many wives have a second job so they can pay for phone calls or stamps so a child can talk to their father - and those companies treat them terribly?

I hope one day those other companies are wiped out and replaced by one that is run as well as yours. We wish you the greatest success in your business and all future endeavors.

Dear customer service, First of all I want to say that I am very thankful for the service that Jmail provides. It has made things so much easier for me and my loved one to communicate during this difficult time of him being in solitary confinement and me living overseas.
