When I have to fill in the database, user and password in the wp-config file I create a password in the MySQL database and then it tells me no access. However, after tried a bunch of solutions, I managed to get it to work. In the wp-config. It works now! This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.
Are you sure you have the correct username and password? Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname? Are you sure that the database server is running? If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums. There was no htdoc folder, but I put the WordPress folder in the www folder…. I created the wordpress database in phpmyAdmin….
